Proof90 — Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By using Proof90 you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Proof90 is provided by Royal Nation LLC, 539 W Commerce St, Dallas, TX 75208-1953, United States. You must be at least 16.
2. Health — please read this
- Proof90 is not medical advice and isn't a substitute for a doctor, physio or qualified trainer.
- Talk to a doctor before you start, especially if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, an injury, are pregnant, or haven't exercised in a while.
- Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath, and seek medical help.
- You exercise at your own risk. Choose a safe space, clear of obstacles.
3. What "verified" means — and doesn't
Proof90 uses your phone's camera and motion sensors to confirm some tasks. This is our best effort, not a guarantee:
- Counts can be wrong — lighting, framing and clothing all affect accuracy. When the phone can't confirm a task, you can log it on your word, and the app will show it as exactly that.
- Tasks the app can't prove are labelled as honor-system. "Verified" means the phone measured it; it doesn't mean we certify your form, technique or safety.
- We don't promise any particular result. Body changes depend on many things outside the app, including diet, sleep, age and health.
4. Subscriptions
- Some features need a subscription (monthly or annual). Price and billing period are shown before you buy, in your local currency.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- The annual plan may include a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the annual subscription starts and is charged. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- If a price changes, you'll be told in advance as the store requires.
- Deleting the app or your data does not cancel your subscription.
5. Your data and your account
How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time in the app. Your progress photos stay on your device; keeping backups of them is up to you.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Proof90 — for example, by trying to access other people's data, interfering with the service, reverse-engineering the app beyond what law permits, or using it for anything unlawful.
7. Our intellectual property
The app, its content, the program and the Proof90 name and marks belong to Royal Nation LLC or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own training.
8. Changes and ending the service
We may update the app or these terms. We'll tell you in the app before material changes take effect. You can stop using Proof90 at any time. We may suspend access if you seriously breach these terms.
9. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent the law allows, Proof90 is provided "as is", and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury arising from exercise you choose to do. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be excluded by law — including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, where they apply.
10. Governing law
The laws of the State of Wyoming, United States apply, without depriving you of protections under the law of the country you live in.
