How does verification work?
For push-ups and squats, prop your phone up so your whole body is in view. The camera counts each rep on your phone — nothing is recorded or uploaded. For walks and runs, your phone's motion sensors measure the session.
Anything the phone can't measure is labelled honor system, so you always know which results were proven and which were on your word.
The camera didn't count my reps
Check that your whole body is in frame, the room is well lit, and your clothing isn't too loose. If it still can't confirm a set, tap Couldn't verify? Log it on your word — your streak is safe, and the entry is shown honestly as not verified.
I missed a day
Missed days stay visible — that's what makes the streak mean something. You get one grace day every 14 days, which you can use the day after a miss to keep your streak.
Subscriptions
- Cancel or change your plan: on iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Restore a purchase on a new phone: open Proof90 → Settings → Restore purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Deleting the app or your data does not cancel a subscription.
