Delete your data

You can delete everything Proof90 holds about you at any time.

In the app — immediate

1. Open Proof90 and tap the ⚙︎ Settings button.
2. Tap Delete my data, then Delete everything.

This removes your program, history and streak from our servers and from your phone, including progress photos stored in the app. It needs an internet connection, so the copy on our servers is removed too; if you're offline, nothing is deleted until you try again online.

By email

Email admin@royalnationllc.com with the Support ID shown at the bottom of Settings in the app. It identifies your data without being a password — quoting it can't be used to change anything.

If you've already deleted the app, we can't link any stored data to you: Proof90 never asks for your name or email. Contact us anyway and we'll help where we can.

What happens next

• Deleted from our live systems within 30 days.- A deleted install can never be restored or re-registered.
• Subscriptions are separate: deleting your data doesn't cancel one. Manage it in your Apple or Google account.
